Canvas LMS
I designed, developed, and implemented several training experiences using Canvas and Blackboard LMSs.
Design Matrices
I develop design matrices for every training/course I design.
These design matrices, or design blueprints, outline course content, objectives, instructional strategies and tactics through various learning activities and assessments.
I use these outlines as a design tool to map out design ideas, visualize and plan the course structure and flow effectively. They assist in brainstorming and capturing initial thoughts, ideas, and innovative approaches for course content and delivery, allowing me to think through the entire learning experience of future learners.
Learning Materials
I have experience designing different types of learning materials, including infographics, flowcharts (presented in the Slide Deck Gallery), animated videos, and learning guides.
Self-Paced Training Modules
I developed self-paced asynchronous training modules using several authoring tools (Adobe Captivate & Articulate Storyline).
